All our products are "made to order", meaning they are handcrafted specifically for you after your order is received. They are not kept in stock; they are cut, sewn, and assembled specially for you.

This approach allows each pair to be handled with individual care, prevents waste, and maintains the same quality standard without exception.

Because every pair is handmade to order, your order is handed to the carrier within 15 business days at the latest from the date it reaches us. Delivery within Türkiye then usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on your address. In any case, your order is delivered within 30 days at the latest.

We email you your order confirmation and, once your order is handed to the carrier, your tracking number.

No, shipping is free on all orders. You are not charged for shipping, whatever the order amount. We currently ship only to addresses in Türkiye. Return shipping is also free: when we receive your notice of withdrawal, we email you a return code.

Simply measure your foot from heel to the longest toe and compare the measurement to our size chart. On every product page, the Measure button shows you step by step how to measure, and the Size button shows the comparison chart.

If you're between two sizes, we recommend going one size up.

Yes. Every order comes with a 14-day right of withdrawal. Just email info@ethosshoes.com with your order number within 14 days from the day you receive your order; you do not need to give a reason. You can also decide to withdraw before you receive your order.

Return shipping is free: when we receive your notice, we email you a return code and shipping instructions so you can send the product at no cost; if the code has not reached you, you can send it cash on delivery (shipping paid by us). Your payment is refunded to your card within 14 days at the latest from the date you hand the product to the carrier with the return code.

We also offer size exchanges: once the pair you return reaches us, your new size is made and shipped free of charge within 15 business days at the latest. Your exchange request also counts as a notice of withdrawal; if the new size cannot be made or you change your mind, your payment is refunded. If the product is defective or was sent in error, all costs are on us. Details: Returns and Right of Withdrawal Policy
