About Us
Although the word ethos has several meanings, we embraced the one that speaks of “a culture built on shared values” — and we set out on this road with our passions alongside us.
Like most products, sneakers were developed for a narrow audience in their early years. Over time they spilled onto the streets and broke out of the moulds they were first designed in. In doing so they helped a distinct, shared culture take shape — first on the street, then everywhere else.
At Ethos we decided to follow that same path, bringing our own history, our own sense of ethics and the particular bond we have with our shoes into this culture that has grown over time.
Now we are taking those first steps to keep that culture growing.
Made to order
Every pair is made to order — crafted by hand for you once your order is placed. Nothing sits waiting in stock; the leather is cut, stitched and assembled specifically for you.
This is how every pair receives individual attention, nothing goes to waste, and the same standard is kept without exception.
Your order is handed to the courier within 15 business days of being placed. Delivery then takes 1–3 business days depending on your location. We email you at every stage of production and shipping, and a tracking number lets you follow your order in real time.
Materials and construction
We work with 100% genuine leather. Built for long-term wear, Capital owes its simple, minimal design to the inspiration drawn from the first sneaker models produced in the 1930s.
The insole is made from latex, a natural material derived from plants; because everything is natural, odour build-up is prevented. The rubber outsole grips the ground comfortably and keeps movement easy.
All of our products are made in Türkiye and shipped from Türkiye.

The Capital family comes in three collections:
- Sneakers — low-top silhouettes for everyday wear
- Hi-Tops — ankle-height boot silhouettes
- Vintage Collection — a limited selection in a retro colour palette
Shipping, returns and care
Shipping is free on everything we make — whatever the order value, no shipping fee is charged on domestic or international deliveries.
